Stellarspins Casino code help
Get your bonus code accepted again
Use this when a bonus code bounces back at the cashier or the registration form.
Typed it too late
Codes only work inside the field shown before the step is confirmed. Once payment or sign-up is finished, the code is gone, and support cannot add it afterwards.
Single-use limit reached
Every code is limited to one use per player. Check history in your profile, then pick a bonus code for an account that is already open.
Finish verification first
Complete verification first: proof of identity, proof of address and payment method. The cashier opens bonus fields once those documents are approved.
Stellarspins Casino minimum not met
The welcome codes need at least A$11 paid in, and STEL50 asks for A$16. Top up to the amount in the code card and re-enter the code.
A code that fits your market
Each promo is licensed for a set group of markets. If Australia sits outside that list, the field clears itself and no support agent can override it.
Stellarspins Casino support with the details
Send the code, the exact time and a screenshot to live chat or [email protected]. Phone support on +61 2 9701 5446 is open around the clock too.

Where codes fail
What cancels a bonus and when a code pays
Our codes come with clear limits, and respecting them is what keeps a bonus alive.
One spin over the cap
One spin above the A$6 max bet during wagering voids the whole bonus, because the terms cap each stake until playthrough ends.
Set a session limit in your account
Keep stakes under A$6 while clearing
Two accounts, one gone
Opening a second account to run another code breaks the one-account rule, and the casino closes duplicates, taking pending bonuses with them.
Keep all play on your first account
Ask support before opening anything new
Faster cashouts start early
Withdrawals wait until identity, address and payment checks pass, which takes around 27 hours, so a cashout can stall mid-bonus.
Send documents before you deposit
Keep the name matching your card
Code in hand
Turning a code into a credited bonus
After reading this you will have a code credited and know what clears it.
Biggest number, wrong fit
Start with the code that matches your deposit number and the slots you actually play, not the biggest percentage on the list.
Copy your ID exactly
Type your name exactly as the identity document prints it, since a mismatch delays the checks that come before any withdrawal.
Spaces in the field?
Paste the code into the field with no spaces and no lowercase slip, because a mistyped entry simply fails without telling you why.
Which method counts?
Fund the account with at least the code minimum and steer clear of Skrill and Neteller, which the welcome codes do not accept.
Before and after wagering
Play only on eligible slots and keep every stake under A$6, so the wagering balance falls steadily instead of being wiped.
At the cashier screen
Type it in, or a day later?
These six answers settle how, when and where a bonus code takes effect.
accountWhat happens when I put a code in once my account is open?+
Arriving after the account is open still lets you claim, because the code field sits in the cashier. Only the registration screen offers the no-deposit code STEL10. Once that screen has gone, later codes go in at the cashier with a deposit.
accountWhy do some codes say wagering and others not?+
Wagering applies to every code listed here, so none is wager-free. Cashback STELALPHA10 carries the lightest load at 1x on the cashback amount. Personal offers such as birthday spins arrive without a code and without wagering.
accountDo I need the app to enter a bonus code on my phone?+
Nothing extra gets installed to reach the code field, since the cashier loads in the mobile browser. Log in, open the cashier and enter the code in the box shown before confirming a deposit. The same field handles STEL169, STEL55 and STEL50 at any screen size.
accountDo I need to pick one code, or can two run together?+
Only one code can be active at a time, so the welcome steps go in order rather than side by side. Finish the wagering on STEL169 before applying STEL55 to your next deposit, or the later bonus will not stick.
accountCan I see the licence standing behind these codes?+
Every deposit limit here sits under a Curaçao licence from the Gaming Control Board Curaçao, numbered OGL/2013/3172/479. Stellarspins Casino N.V. holds it, with GLI and eCOGRA auditing results. The same licence covers the terms attached to each code.
accountDo I need to clear anything before cashing out code winnings?+
Reaching the cashier with winnings takes completed verification first, which is usually done within 27 hours. Send proof of identity, proof of address and payment method verification. Then A$33 is the smallest withdrawal and A$97,000 the largest, typically paid in 20 minutes.
Limits that outrank any bonus code
A code hands you a bonus, never an obligation to keep playing, and you can walk away mid-wagering. Set limits in your account, and if play stops feeling like a choice, Gambling Help Online, Lifeline Australia and the National Self-Exclusion Register are there. Players must be 18 or over.
Session time reminders. A reminder pops up during play so a long session does not run past the point you planned to stop.
Loss limits. You set a ceiling on losses over a chosen period, and the account blocks further bets once it is reached.
Self-exclusion. A block that closes your account to play for a period you choose, with no code able to reopen it early.
